Geoscientist, and expertise in curriculum development in Secondary School and VET education. Christian has also supported the design of various Postgraduate Curriculums in the field of Geoscience at the Balearic Islands University. Through his participation in the Youth4Ocean forum (DG Mare), EU projects such as “EnviroNaut, BlueGeneration or TecoNaut” and being the co-initiator of an environmental NGO that aims at reducing the plastic litter from the Sea, he’s gained knowledge on the environmental impact of the nautical sector. Christian is the promoter of the We are Blue Schools project, which was aimed at certifying 100 schools in Mallorca as EU Blue Schools. Because of this achievement, he won the 2023 WESTMed Award, as best project, and best educational project. More recently, he's joined the Catedra of insularity of the Balearic Islands, where he's researching the challenges of insularity in EU islands. In the past, Christian worked together with Maurici Ruiz and Joana Maria Seguí in the research of mobility on the islands the impacts of traffic.
