Tiziana Campisi, PhD is Assistant Professor in Transport system (ICA/R05) at the Department of Engineering and Architecture, Kore University of Enna, Italy. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Catania, Italy and her master degree (cum Laude) in Safety and Civil protection engineering.
She obtained her PhD at the Kore University of Enna, Italy. She is an expert on road quality management and also on sustainable mobility. She has published more than 160 manuscripts in international and indexing journals and conferences.
She is local unit responsible of the project WEAKI TRANSIT: WEAK-demand areas Innovative TRANsport Shared services for Italian Towns (CUP Code: F74I19001290001) is supported by the MIUR (Italian Ministry of Educatioon, Universities and Research) and it is financed with the PRIN 2017 programme. She serves as Co-Editor in Chief for Open Transportation Journal (Bentham) and as a member of different Editorial Board (such as IETS_Wiley, Journal of Advanced Transport Hindawi, Safety MDPI; Electronic Journal of the Faculty of Civil Engineering Osijek e-gfos, etc..) and she is a reviewer for several international journal and conferences. mobility, road safety, road vulnerable users, road traffic microsimulation.
