Frank is Secretary General of the International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP), co- founder of Global Planning Aid, co-chair of World Urban Pavilion, founding member and director of the Territorial Capital Institute, and freelance urban planning advisor for the United Nations and other international organizations.
