Philip is the Director of Policy and Development at the European Cyclists' Federation, which he joined in 2021. He leads ECF's advocacy, policy, research and projects teams, and develops business and fundraising opportunities for ECF. Philip has lived in Brussels for over 16 years. Prior to joining ECF, Philip worked in the NGO sector with a focus on influencing EU policy on refugees and migration, and conflict and humanitarian crises.
